This study aims to analyze the impact of archive digitization on the speed of administrative services at the Mataram Community Health Center (Puskesmas), West Nusa Tenggara. The method used is a literature study (library research) by collecting and analyzing data from various relevant scientific sources such as Google Scholar and government journal portals. The results of the discussion indicate that the transition from conventional archiving to digital systems, such as Electronic Medical Records (RME) and SIMPUS, can significantly reduce patient waiting times through instant data access using NIK or medical record numbers. Digitalization acts as an accelerator that eliminates physical bureaucratic barriers and minimizes the risk of document loss. However, the main challenge faced is the readiness of human resources who still experience technological stuttering. Therefore, a structured staff training and development program is needed, including technical workshops and a peer-to-peer mentoring system to ensure the system's suitability and service efficiency.
Nurul Kamilah Muhammad Aditya Rachman Copyright (c) 2026 Nurul Kamilah, Muhammad Aditya Rachman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-30 2026-04-30 3 2 13 19 10.66294/njms.v3i2.165 TINGKAT KEPATUHAN DOKTER DALAM PENULISAN RESEP UNTUK PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM KOTA MATARAM https://ejurnal.aarsmataram.ac.id/index.php/njms/article/view/163
Prescription writing is a crucial part of healthcare services and directly related to patient safety. Non-compliance with prescription writing can lead to medication errors, which impact the quality of care. This study aims to analyze the level of physician compliance in writing prescriptions for outpatients at Mataram City General Hospital. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 200 prescriptions, which were analyzed using prescription completeness indicators based on pharmaceutical service standards. The results showed that physician compliance in writing prescriptions was quite good, with a compliance rate of 78%. However, incompleteness was still found in several components, such as the dosage, the doctor's signature, and the patient's identity. The conclusion of this study suggests that increased supervision and education are needed to improve physician compliance in writing prescriptions to ensure patient safety.
Annisaturrahmah Himawan Copyright (c) 2026 Annisaturrahmah Himawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-30 2026-04-30 3 2 5 8 10.66294/njms.v3i2.163 ANALISIS KEAMANAN ARSIP DIGITAL DALAM ADMINISTRASI RUMAH SAKIT https://ejurnal.aarsmataram.ac.id/index.php/njms/article/view/166
Digital transformation in the healthcare sector through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and digital archives has become a key strategy for improving the efficiency and quality of public services. However, this transition faces significant challenges related to data security, patient privacy, and human resource readiness. This article aims to analyze health information security management strategies and formulate steps to optimize digital transformation. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research through secondary data collection from the internet, including scientific journals, official reports, and government regulations. The findings indicate that despite the availability of technologies such as electronic signatures and access control, security risks often arise due to human error and incomplete standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strategies for strengthening infrastructure, ongoing digital literacy training for healthcare workers, and synchronizing national policies are key to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of patient data.
Hanisa Zuria Syafitri Muhammad Aditya Rachman Copyright (c) 2026 Hanisa Zuria Syafitri, Muhammad Aditya Rachman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-30 2026-04-30 3 2 20 25 10.66294/njms.v3i2.166 HUBUNGAN SISTEM KEARSIPAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PASIEN https://ejurnal.aarsmataram.ac.id/index.php/njms/article/view/164
A filing system is a crucial component in supporting the quality of patient administration services in healthcare facilities. Proper archive management enables the recording, storage, and retrieval of patient data to be carried out quickly, accurately, and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the relationship between a filing system and patient satisfaction with administrative services. A quantitative analysis approach was used, examining various aspects of archiving, such as speed of data access, information accuracy, and document security. The results indicate that an effective filing system positively impacts patient satisfaction, particularly in terms of service time, data accuracy, and ease of administrative processes. Conversely, a disorganized filing system can lead to service delays, data errors, and reduced patient trust. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving the quality of the filing system is a crucial factor in enhancing patient satisfaction with administrative services. Therefore, standardized and technology-based archive management is needed to support more optimal services.
Nadila Agustina Muhammad Aditya Rachman Copyright (c) 2026 Nadila Agustina, Muhammad Aditya Rachman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-30 2026-04-30 3 2 9 12 10.66294/njms.v3i2.164 PEMANFAATAN ARSIP REKAM MEDIS DALAM ANALISIS POLA PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT TAHUN 2025 https://ejurnal.aarsmataram.ac.id/index.php/njms/article/view/162
Medical record archives play a crucial role in supporting healthcare services, particularly in providing reliable data for evaluation and decision-making. This study aims to analyze inpatient healthcare service patterns based on medical record archives in hospitals in 2023. The research employed a descriptive method with a retrospective approach using archival document analysis. The results indicate that medical record archives provide comprehensive information regarding patient conditions, treatment patterns, and healthcare services. From an archival perspective, properly managed records improve data accessibility, accuracy, and accountability. However, inconsistencies in documentation and incomplete records were still found, which may affect data quality. This study highlights the importance of strengthening medical record management systems to support effective healthcare services and evidence-based decision-making.
Muhammad Aditya Rachman Muhammad Habibullah Aminy Lale Ajeng Khalifatun Wardani Slamet Mardiyanto Rahayu Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Aditya Rachman, Muhammad Habibullah Aminy, Lale Ajeng Khalifatun Wardani, Slamet Mardiyanto Rahayu https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-30 2026-04-30 3 2 1 4 10.66294/njms.v3i2.162
